Six undergraduate and three graduate classes (300 students) were given multiple-choice tests twice with subsequent evaluation of answer changes. Results indicate that, although instruction leads to a change in attitude in answer changing, the number of changes and overall gain due to changing do not change. (SLD)

This study describes effects of a workshop on attitudes about evaluation among practitioners and students in college personnel work. Influences of the workshop on subsequent behavior were also explored. Significant changes in certain beliefs and attitudes were found, but workshop influence on subsequent behavior was not strongly supported. (Author)
