Cannon, Mark – Behavioral Disorders, 1982
The author responds to W. Rhodes' predictions made in 1975 and updated in 1982 (EC 151 382-385) about the future of the field of behavior disorders and human services in general. He suggests that recent trends toward offering fewer services do not reflect Rhodes' predictions of debureaucratization but rather decreasing interest and support. (CL)
