Cash, Thomas F.; Janda, Louis H. – Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, 1977

Compared with nonvolunteers, volunteers reported greater anxiety and externality. Among speech-anxious subjects, however, no volunteer bias was observed. (Author)
