Presented in this document is the negotiation agreement between Lower Columbia College and the Association of Higher Education for the period from July 1, 1973 through June 30, 1975. Included in the articles are the following: cooperative employer/association relations, association rights and privileges, conditions of employment, faculty professional performance, salary document, probation, tenure, professional compensation, grievance procedures, and college governance.
