Byrne, Barbara M. – Measurement and Evaluation in Guidance, 1983
Administered two measures of general self-concept and two measures of academic self-concept to 1,018 high school students in October and May of the same school year to determine reliability and validity. Results indicated the need for more research investigating the psychometric properties of measures of academic self-concept. (JAC)

Field-tested a low reading-level version of the Rational Behavior Inventory on three separate groups of high school students (N=275). Results showed that the low reading-level version is reliable and correlates highly with the original version of the Rational Behavior Inventory. (Author/JAC)
