Several procedures were compared to test effectiveness of counselor tacting response lead CTRL for Ss (trainees in counseling). These were: presentation of a model, systematic reinforcement, and a combination of both. The finding was that modeling procedures had the greatest effect on Ss' use of CTRL to clients on video tape.
