When low, medium, and high-effective groups were compared, the most reliable discrimination come from comparing the middle group to each of the other two. It was further found that different personality factors seem to contribute to male and female effectiveness as volunteers. (Author/CJ)

There have been minor changes in their attitudes during the past three years. A questionnaire was mailed to a 20 percent stratified random sample of four-year institutions of higher learning in the 48 contiguous states. Of the respondents, 76 reported using students as paraprofessionals. A majority were favorable to using student paraprofessionals in student personnel programs. (Author)
