A program that combines management skill development and applied gerontology is described. It includes five components: core courses, management courses, electives, gerontology courses, and fieldwork. A survey of graduates shows that job opportunities exist and that training has proven successful. (MSE)

A pilot project in education for mental health administration at Wayne State University is described and evaluated. The one-year curriculum was continuously refined, based on studies conducted by the project staff and project evaluation data. Project goals and processes to meet them are outlined. (MSE)
