Describes a full-time clinical practicum for undergraduates, stressing planning and operation so that other instructors may replicate the program. Emphasis is placed on close faculty supervision, continued student academic responsibilities, and full staff cooperation. (Author/AV)

A project that combined a research practicum for 17 psychology undergraduates with the implementation and evaluation of an assertiveness training program for physically disabled college students is described.
