Glennen, Robert E. – School Counselor, 1976
Describes reorganization at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in which a separate college was established to serve all freshmen and transfer students. Faculty members were recruited to counsel students on a part-time basis. The program has, among other things, reduced the attritition rate from 45 percent to 6 percent. (HMV)
