An evaluation study assessed changes in perceived locus of control of adults who work in the drug abuse field and participated in a drug abuse training program. Two programs were examined with differing results. Outcomes are discussed with regard to group composition and scores. (Author)

This paper presents a working client/overall-program evaluation that has been used by a comprehensive out-patient drug abuse program to meet accountability requirements as well as therapeutic needs and demands.
