This guide, prepared for use by education associations involved in the process of developing positions, training programs, and agreements on evaluation, discusses many aspects of the evaluation procedure. Included are sections on the counselor's role, the requisites for evaluation, the procedures, criteria, evaluating instruments, etc. There is also a statement of the National Association of School Counselors' on evaluation.
