Module 3 of a seven module package for child protective service workers describes staffing and funding of parent aide programs for abused and neglected children and their families. Seven activities are geared toward development of an organization chart and job descriptions, completion of a budget estimate, and learning about sources of funding from the three other programs. Included are directions for using the media package and questions for discussion. (SBH)
