Analyzes usage of a campus counseling self-help tape program and discusses the potential for such services. Results indicated that, during the first two months of operation, sexuality represented the major concern. Males' and females' requests evidenced similar topic preferences. Structural equation models reanalyzed data from the 1969 Westinghouse Head Start evaluation and extended the analysis to blacks and full-year programs. The North Carolina Teacher Performance Appraisal System (TPAS) and a pilot career development program were studied via a survey of 1,998 teachers and 338 evaluators.
