Examined satisfaction and improvement among university counseling center clients (n=98) who received short-term, individual counseling. Clients expressed satisfaction with services and demonstrated a reduction in distress. Perceptions of the therapeutic working alliance significantly contributed to their satisfaction. (JBJ)
