Attitudes of engineering technician students enrolled in Britain's new Technical Education Council (TEC) curriculum were compared with those of students in two older programs. TEC schemes were perceived as being more complex and less successful at meeting personal needs. Overall attitudes to the new program were less favorable. (SK)
