Describes the structure and effectiveness of the Peer Counselling Project. The training goals, strategies, methods, and curriculum established to train professionals to organize, train, and supervise peer career counselors and programs are presented. Results of the participants' assessments immediately following the completion of the training and their perspectives from a six-month follow-up are given. (Author/BL)
