Ten dimensions of teacher concern were identified through a factor analysis of 568 inservice teachers' responses to the Teacher Concerns Checklist. Studies of test-retest and alpha coefficient reliability and concurrent validity of these dimensions supported their use in research on teacher concerns. (SLD)

Research relating to the factor structure of the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) and the Clinical Analysis Questionnaire is reviewed. Different opinions about the factors measured by the 16PF are discussed. Focusing on the second-order factor level could eliminate problems with the instruments' reliability. (SLD)

Investigates the reliability of the Instructional Activity Questionnaire, Form 3, Revised, in measuring instructional leadership behaviors of special education supervisors, using a sample of 38 supervisors and 133 special education teachers.
