Explored the relationships among racial identity, ethnic identity, other-group orientation, and self-esteem for 126 black and 292 white undergraduates. Blacks with anti-black and pro-white attitudes showed low ethnic group attachment, while those with internalized attitudes showed high ethnic attachment. Differences for whites are discussed. (SLD)
