Team approach methods in providing rehabilitation services are reviewed and a training method for rehabilitation teams is described, based on experience in a vocational rehabilitation facility for the mentally retarded. Practical suggestions for constructive team functioning and facility research results are also presented. (MF)

The purpose of this paper is to propose a format to implement an integrated team concept, the basic premises involved, the composition of the team, a training procedure, and finally, to share some of the results of such a program with handicapped clients at a rehabilitation facility. (Author)
