The purpose of the study was to isolate groups homogeneous in role-taking ability and to describe them on dimensions of the California Psychological Inventory (CPI) Socialization (So) scale. Attempted suicide is considered to be a form of deviant behavior. Multiple suicide attempts are evaluated within the labeling perspective.
