The Career Maturity Inventory Attitude Scale materials were found to provide very little useful information concerning the instrument's reliability. The data that were interpretable showed the scale to have quite modest reliability. (Author)

In this study of Roe's Occupational Classification, the author first hypothesizes that occupations differ in their perceived statuses. Secondly, he hypothesizes that Roe's eight occupational fields have a similar perceived status; and thirdly, he hypothesizes that there is no interaction effect of fields and levels. (Author)

The Career Development Inventory was administered to 107 ethnically mixed, inner city school dropouts to examine its suitability for such a population. Also investigated were the interrelationships among sex, age, ethnicity, intelligence, reading achievement, arithmetic achievement, and two of the inventory's scales. Results are discussed. (Author)
