Puleo, Joseph S., Jr. – Social Behavior and Personality, 1978
Studied effects of model reinforcement on imitative aggression in children. The subjects were boys and girls from a kindergarten class. Results showed that the number of imitative aggressive responses increased as a function of the amount of praise given the model and that boys exhibited more imitative aggressive behaviors. (Author)

To replicate a study of conflict resolution in the family by Steinmetz (1977), the Conflict Tactics Scale was administered to college students. The results agree with the Steinmetz study with one exception. The patterns of conflict resolution are similar for race with one exception. However, several sex dissimilarities were found. Examined similarity in the behavior tendencies of subordinates and their supervisors. Respondents were 66 department heads and branch managers in an Israeli banking organization.
