This resource guide and supplement contain class activities and discussion pieces for use in integrating energy education into driver education. Included are such activities as survey-taking, fuel consumption calculations, and extensive examination of transportation alternatives such as bicycling, carpooling, mass transit, and alternative means of student transportation to school. The appendices provide supporting information and a bibliography. Supplements accompanying the resource guide include a collection of transparency masters, and a collection of fuel saving tips for drivers. (RE)
