The organization of the self-help program for adolescents at Mendocino State Hospital is structured to provide a continuing growth experience for its residents through the strategic use of role relationships, status positions and other social reinforcers. (Authors)

This study sought to determine if a school management system requiring self-management and academic performance as requirements for admittance to the school would effectively increase student attendance.
