The Greek adviser who can understand, appreciate, and assess the Panhellenic Councils and the Interfraternity Councils needs similar skills for both men's and women's groups. Individual gender development, considerations and organizational considerations are explored. Practical pointers are offered to assist advisers. (MLW)
