Arguing that if one is to take seriously the ideas in liberation theology, cultural nationalism and scientific socialism, then administration itself must be re-examined, this paper attempts, it is stated, to begin the dialogue on the administrative dimensions of liberation: the stated goal is to join theory and practice, i.e. "praxis".
