Abdallah, Taisir – Adolescence, 1997
Examines the reliability and validity of the Palestinian version of the Student Alienation Scale. Results, based on 574 students, revealed a high internal consistency for the SAS and a concurrent validity with other measures. Findings indicate that the Arabic version of SAS is suitable for use in research and clinical work. (RJM)

The Maslach Burnout Inventory was administered to 72 upper-level and graduate students. Item-responses were intercorrelated and subjected to factor analyses. Support was obtained for the three hypothesized factors: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment. (Author/GDC)

Determined the utility of the Behavior Problem Checklist (BPC) with preschool children. Found the BPC sensitive in differentiating clinical from nonclinical groups.
