Members of a commune and members of a fraternity and a sorority were compared on measures of attitude and behavior. As predicted, commune residents demonstrated significantly more favorable attitudes toward non-traditional values. Identified college students' (N=139) self-reported reasons for using or not using marijuana. Compared these patterns with value frameworks from which drug decisions are made.
