Activist leaders were compared with "establishment" members on demographic and personality variables. Activists were significantly more likely to be older, achieve higher grades, espouse a nonreligious orientation and have a working mother. The two groups did not differ significantly in overall psychological adjustment. (Author/CG)

Academic and general admissions data are correlated with the final grade point average and professional leadership potential of 95 graduate students.
