Investigating whether students who had student taught would respond differently to the Minnesota Teacher Attitude Inventory than students who had not, this study demonstrated that subjects who had taught scored significantly higher, suggesting the experience may create more positive attitudes toward students and teaching. Investigated the relationship between success in student teaching and 13 instruments commonly completed before student teaching and whether the measures predict success in student teaching.
