Tests the effects of (1) specialization versus project team organization and (2) individual- versus group-level feedback. Finds that groups organized into project teams tended to express higher levels of satisfaction and groups given individual-level feedback tended to construct higher scoring words. (MB)

When high anxious mothers administered tasks to their children, they facilitated the task performance of their daughters but were strongly detrimental to that of their sons.
