Issues related to the use of radio broadcasting for instructional purposes (such as two-way radio network conferences among doctors) and effectiveness, cost factors, and policy decisions within broadcasting are explored. Suggestions for implementing an instructional program on a school radio station are presented. (PHR)

Instructional technologies that can help institutions comply with the mandates of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, requiring equal educational opportunity for disabled persons, are reviewed. Suggestions for the implementation of the mandates to the benefit of both the institutions and the disabled are listed. (PHR)
