Discusses objectives of teachers of a college level psychology course dealing with group dynamics. A major problem encountered in teaching a group dynamics course in an academic setting is creating a balance between cognitive/intellectual and affective/personal learning. (Author/DB)

A comparative analysis was made of academically experienced and inexperienced students in a college level counseling education program to determine the influence of practical experience in counseling. Findings indicated that most students in both groups benefited by receiving counseling skills training. (Author/DB)
