The article reviews error analysis procedures for two subtests of the Peabody Individual Achievement Test (reading recognition and reading comprehension). Suggestions are offered for composing and interpreting a pattern of errors on items from each subtest. (CL)

As part of a larger experiment to study computer-based methods of teaching Othello, 24 subjects who had never played the game were pretested with visual-spatial tests. After 16 games of Othello, subjects were tested on knowledge of the game. Correlations of pretest and posttest scores were computed. (LMO)

The Minnesota Developmental Programming System Behavioral Scales, Alternate Form C, designed to assess adaptive behavior of profoundly developmentally disabled individuals, was evaluated using data from 3,487 individuals. (Author/CL)

Findings from a comparison of two samples of school age children, one sample (N=40) identified as learning disabled (LD), the other comprised of low achievers (N=51), indicated few psychometric differences.
