Twenty-eight articles and ten appendices contractually agreed to by Oakland Community College (Michigan) and the Oakland Community College Faculty Association constitute this collective bargaining agreement. Areas covered by the contract include: recognition, conditions of work, conditions of employment, staff reduction, evaluation, discharge and demotion, sabbatical leave, vacations, holidays, sick leave, leaves of absence without pay during individual contract period, bereavement leave, leaves of absence without pay, group insurance and retirement, grievance procedure, community education, academic freedom and ethics, retirement, faculty relations committee, vacancies and transfers, financial responsibility, overloads, salaries, rights of the board of trustees, miscellaneous provisions, separability and savings clauses, waiver, and term of agreement.
