The author describes the development and operation of Wisconsin's In-School Job Placement Project, a joint effort of the Department of Public Instruction and Job Service Wisconsin. The project involving fifty-six high schools has meant jobs for 25,000 students and graduates and has improved job-seeking skills for thousands of others. (BM)
