Describes implementation of an Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission program evaluation system at the Quadco Rehabilitation Center. While there was some initial staff resistance to implementation, facility personnel was to see that using the system did not significantly raise operating costs yet did help increase programmatic effectiveness and efficiency.
