The study involved a laboratory analogue simulating invasion of privacy by a third party in a counseling setting. The experimental design included 74 subjects randomly assigned to three experimental conditions, private, invasion, and spatial divider. The validity of the SIT was investigated with 50 public school children in Grades 1 through 4; the WISC-R served as the congruent validating criterion. This study provides estimates for the Nye and Berardo model of the effect of age at marriage on socioeconomic attainments. This is the third survey undertaken to assess changes in knowledge and attitudes concerning drugs among students from Georgia high schools. Results revealed 56 percent of the students possessed knowledge of the drug culture and 3 percent had tried hard drugs, with none being regular users. (Author)
