A sample of 248 students taking undergraduate accredited field experience courses at Michigan State University felt that their major vocational, personal, and general educational objectives were met by their curriculum. Students expressed no significant weaknesses that could be attributed to field experience education as a whole. (Author)

The purposes of this study were to demonstrate a methodology for local development of slide-tape occupational information materials, and to determine whether this was a more effective means of conveying this information than printed or aural presentations. This study examines the relationship of clerical workers' ability level, as measured by the School and College Ability Test, and measures of employee satisfactoriness and job satisfaction. Ability level was not related to satisfactoriness, but was inversely related to job satisfaction. (SJL)

Drug use among disaffected students was studied in three different high schools--public urban, public suburban and private residential. Results showed disaffected urbans and suburbans were greater drug users than their respective matched controls. No differences were found between groups in the residential school. (Author)

This study investigates the efficacy of symbolic modeling and role-playing therapy in the reduction of avoidance behaviors.
