Investigated the utility of the Revised Beta as a screening device for low-functioning minority-group criminal offenders. Mean scores for this sample were correlated only mildly. Administered the College and University Environment Scale (CUES) to White, Black, and Hispanic students (N=150). An analysis of variance was used to test for significant differences on the five scales of the CUES. Results indicated that these students perceive the college environment in significantly different ways. Implications discussed. (RC)
