Mary Jo Desprez1; Joy Pehlke2; Joe Zichi3
About Campus, v30 n3 p12-21 2025
The structure of the American higher education system includes several essential stakeholders within its doors--administration, faculty, and staff--who often operate independently of one another. Supporting the well-being needs of today's students, however, requires collaboration between student affairs, academic affairs, and institutional leadership. This articles discusses how the University of Michigan's Well-being Collective successfully brings together various campus professionals to achieve this new type of team effort. The Well-being Collective reflects the cutting edge of embedded student wellness practice.
