The results of the 2024 Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) Biennial Survey of Disability Resource Professionals in Higher Education provide benchmark data for the field. As in past surveys about professionals, survey questions are organized in three sections: Part 1: About You, Part 2: About Your Current Position, and Part 3: Your Salary and Benefits. The 2024 survey also included two timely topics: (1) Perceptions of efforts to undermine and eliminate diversity, equity, and inclusion resources in higher education (as of about January 2025); and (2) Self-assessment of interest and skill level for select attributes of the AHEAD Professional Competencies.
