Described is the contract for the CASE (Career Associate in Special Education) program designed to structure and formalize the relation between practicum objectives and student behaviors. The goal of this study was to identify relationships among the counseling behaviors of practicum trainees and the supervision behaviors of their supervisors during a one-semester counseling practicum.
