An investigation of the effects of a seven-day camp experience with disturbed adolescents on approximately sixty undergraduate "camp counselors" was conducted. Relationship Between Scores on the Omnibus Personality Inventory and Counselor Trainee Effectiveness

Compares scores on the Omnibus Personality Inventory by groups of relatively effective and ineffective trainees. Trainees completed tests prior to first practicum experience and were evaluated by practicum supervisors at the end of each practica.
