2024 NACUBO Tuition Discounting Study
National Association of College and University Business Officers
Conducted annually since 1994, the "NACUBO Tuition Discounting Study" (TDS) measures the tuition discount rates and other indicators of institutional grant awards to first-time, full-time undergraduates and all undergraduates who attend independent higher education institutions. The TDS is based on institutional funding for scholarships, fellowships, and other grants (including athletic scholarships) awarded to undergraduates attending private, nonprofit colleges and universities. The data are collected from NACUBO member and nonmember institutions who opt to participate in the survey. Results of the 2024 TDS are based on survey responses from 286 private, nonprofit four-year colleges and universities.
