Content analysis of essays and in-depth interviews with six women graduates of an Executive Master of Business Administration program showed how women's epistemologies, their thinking, perception, and problem-solving approaches change through time. They experienced increased confidence, cognitive flexibility, and broadened perspectives. (JOW)
