Thirty-three white, upper-class adolescents and their mothers completed questionnaires containing modified forms of several Bronfenbrenner and Schaefer parental behavior scales. Results indicated several areas of agreement between mother and child; however, in a few areas of maternal behavior, there was low to moderate agreement. (Author/SJL)
