Mowday, Richard T.; And Others – Journal of Vocational Behavior, 1978
Female clerical employees (N=314) in two regional offices of a large insurance company were administered Jackson's Personality Research Form. Turnover data were collected up to eight months following administration of the questionnaire. Relationships were found between employee characteristics and turnover in both samples. (Author)

Questionnaires on eight role-conflict categories were administered to 518 women. A role-conflict hierarchy was established. Level of occupational status was found to be a significant variable in six of the categories. Professional women and housewives tended to give similar responses and to demonstrate the least amount of role conflict. (Author)

The Hand Test was administered to 107 maximum-security prison inmates. The Acting Out Score (AOS) was computed, and one year later, actual acting out for the same inmates was recorded. Determined that the Hand Test AOS is useful in identifying inmates who have potential for acting out. (Author)

Vocation-rehabilitation client and significant-other (SO) family-member pairs were interviewed separately to determine factors and perceptions contributing to discussion of disability-related problems and conflict arising from these problems.
