Multiple regression is used to estimate faculty compensation levels and compensation change for 46 paired union and nonunion institutions of higher education for the year 1974-75. Evidence shows that collective bargaining is associated with increased faculty salaries and benefits. (Author)

Fifty-six students from two Minnesota technical institutes were administered the Minnesota Reading Assessment and the Gates-MacGinitie Reading Tests.
